Divan Palace

Divan Palace was our first major project, launched in 2015. Visually striking, this project also offers a unique sensory experience through special attention to auditory and tactile details. The materials used were carefully selected to be not only visually appealing but also comfortable and pleasing to the touch.

Jacinthe

Located in the Farmanieh district of Tehran, Jesant creates a sensory-rich environment. From soft, eye-catching lighting to high-quality materials and optimized design for comfort, this project reflects deep attention to every aspect of life. Jesant blends beauty and comfort in a way that offers residents a luxurious yet everyday sense of ease.

Nako

In 2020, Divan expanded its activities to northern Tehran, particularly the Shemiran area, launching a signature project in the Fereshteh neighborhood. This unique project, named Nako, is a luxury apartment complex inspired by a famous warship from the naval fleet of Archimedes — a symbol of strength, innovation, and uniqueness — values reflected in the project’s design.

Nako comprises six luxury residential units, each 430 square meters, offering all the amenities of a five-star hotel. The goal was to create a space that exceeds expectations not only in beauty and performance but also in comfort and unique sensory experience.

Divan Terrace

Located in Darbandsar, Divan Terrace is a perfect blend of architecture and nature. This project not only benefits from beautiful natural views but also features acoustic design and material selection that turn everyday living into a multisensory experience. The calming sounds of nature, fresh air, and unique designs combine to create an exceptional lifestyle experience in the heart of nature.
