Divan Group entered the construction industry in 2015 with the goal of creating projects in line with family's heritage, and bespoke qualities as well as introducing new values to the market such as seamless blend of artistic functionality. To date, the group has been responsible for the design and execution of a substantial number of residential buildings. Our History

Divan Palace

The story of Divan creation began in 2015, when Mr. Shams along with Mr. kermani, the founders of the group, started their construction career with a project covering over 20,000 square meters. The Divan Palace project laid the initial foundation for the formation of the Divan group. The project land located in Andarzgo Blvd is owned by Shams family in joint corporation with Mr Kermani and the architect was chosen to be the renowned architect Mr Farzad Daliri hence the building style was one of neoclassicism.

Jacinthe

The birth of Jacinthe was in early March 2019, before the Persian New Year, when Divan Group bought the land in Farmanieh with the sole goal of creating smaller apartments with higher quality in a top-notch area of Tehran than existed in the market at the time. Having that in mind, Divan consulted once again with Hadi Teherani's office with the new challenge of producing flats no bigger than 280 square meters but surpassing with features and qualities of a 500-square-meter apartment, which is the norm in the area's luxury buildings. Jacinthe, named after a typical Persian flower used in rituals, symbolizes beauty, elegance, and tradition, much like the essence of this project.

Nako Fereshteh

In 2020, with the aim of expanding our reach to a greater area of Zone 1 of the capital, commonly known as Shemiran, Divan pursued a project in the top location of Fereshte. With determination and perseverance, we were able to find the perfect project in Fereshte, Felestin for our new ambition. Divan Nako was born — a very exclusive boutique apartment, inspired by the famous battle ship of Archimedes' navy, symbolizing strength, innovation, and uniqueness. The project consists of 6 units, each measuring 430 square meters, with all the facilities one may find in a 5-star hotel.

Divan Terrace

Having a 50 meters elevation difference between two of the most beautiful streets of Darbandsar , in 2018 Divan terrace was born to seamlessly observe topography of the mountainous region in a form of vertical villa complex providing the safety and services of a grand complex measuring over 18000 square meters as well as having villa quality life style with immense balconies and hanging gardens. What makes Divan terrace unique in the area is the genius design in which all 45 units enjoy a breathtakingp view of the ski slopes and trees along the river resulting in 4 season memorizing view.
